A new Parks and Recreation department multi-functional facility designed to fit within Manchester's Schroeder Park setting. Project was conceived to consolidate and accommodate fast growing needs for community services.
Facility includes expanded park offices with easy access to the public, conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms, 24 hr restroom access, park maintenance and storage facilities.
