Project includes corporate office space, incubator offices, SOHO’s (studio apartment/office), retail, a central public park and an international education center including student housing and cafeteria.
Being the first in, the development is a virtual oasis needing to stand on its own with internal views, courtyards and framed views of the city park. A key aesthetic feature is a waterfall with dual purpose. The expansive waterfall also acts as the central cooling plant for the development. Acknowledging Feng Shui with “a good flow of energy across the site”, a strong connection with water and recognition of the government center are important cultural factors.
